Christina Lycoyannis represents clients with respect to a broad range of commercial transactions. She has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with asset and real estate based loans. Her experience also encompasses corporate formation, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and leasing. Her practice includes advising operators of mobile communications towers on issues pertaining to title and real estate law.

 

Christina has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, commercial loan investment, venture capital, telecommunications, radio, television, technology, health care and manufacturing. Prior to joining Johnson Law PLLC, Christina worked as a corporate attorney at law firms in New York and southern California
